ONLINE APPLY AND SUBMISSION OF NEP SEMESTER-1-2-3-4 REGULAR/KT EXAMINATION FORM SUBMISSION FOR FH-2026 (MAY/JUNE - 2026) EXAM

All the FE/SE Sem-1-2-3-4 Regular/KT NEP pattern students are hereby informed to follow the steps below to complete the exam form submission.

Important Note: -

(1) Last date to apply and submit the form is 7^th April 2026.

(2) It’s mandatory to submit Hard Copy of Submitted Application Form in college exam section and pay Exam form fees (Room No. – 114) on or before 7^th April 2026.

(3) Revaluation results pdf copy, if applied for revaluation and passed in subject/s.

(4) Please go to Students corner drive section A18-Informative Documents & Videos for Students folder and watch the Video and know the form filling process using the link https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1-4xaaLzOiamhnafE4er0Tl_33UqaRDjr?usp=sharing

Stage 1: - Login to Students Portal on Mumbai University Samarth portal Link using your Samarth credentials. https://mu.samarth.edu.in/index.php/site/login 

Stage 2: - Follow the below steps.

A.   Go to Dashboard

B.   Then Examination

C.   Registration

D.   Registration open for Supplementary semester-2 examination

E.    Click submit form

F.    New page will open, then go/scroll down

G.   Don’t select examination center

H.   Next if disability applicable select PWD or else Say Not Applicable

I.      Then click Submit

J.    Then next page will open then click Submit Exam Form

K.   Print Application and go to exam section for fees payment.

L.   Submit Hard copy of Form in College Exam Section (Room No. – 114) on or before 7^th April, 2026 as per the schedule below.

Note: - If any student fails to apply in due date, he/she will not be able to appear for examination and candidate will be completely responsible for the consequences.
