Revaluation and Photocopy Application Form Submission
University Examination – Semester I, II, VII, and VIII, SH-2024 Exam
University of Mumbai

Please read the instructions carefully before filling out the Revaluation/Photocopy Application.

1.   The student should submit the application form independently by visiting the provided link (the college is not involved in this process).

2.   The application form link will be available within 7 days from the date of the result declaration and will remain active for the following 12 days only.

3.   The application form can only be submitted once. Please select your subjects carefully.

4.   Ensure that you select the correct College Name while filling out the form.

5.   Enter your Seat No. exactly as mentioned on your hall ticket.

6.   Verify your details after entering your Seat No.

7.   Fees once paid are non-refundable.

8.   Fees can only be paid through the online payment gateway (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking/Phone Pay/Wallet).

9.   After making the payment, click the 'Send Anyway' button.

10.                   Receiving your acknowledgment confirms that your form has been successfully submitted.

11.                   Please print your acknowledgment for future reference with the University.

12.                   If your acknowledgment does not list any subjects, please contact the University immediately with your acknowledgment.

13.                   If payment is deducted but acknowledgment is not generated, contact the University before the exam link expires.

14.                   A scanned copy of your Answer Book(s) will be sent to the email address you provided after photocopy form application. Ensure you have entered the correct email address.

15.                   If your transaction fails, please try again after 2-3 hours.

16.                   In case of double payment, please visit the University with your acknowledgment. Do not approach your bank.

17.                   If the transaction fails but the payment is deducted, the amount will be refunded within 10 working days after the link's closing date.

18.                   The University of Mumbai is not responsible for any incorrect email or phone number provided by you.

19.                   For any queries, please contact the Deputy Registrar / Assistant Registrar at Room No. 47, 2nd Floor, M. J. Phule Bhavan, University of Mumbai, Kalina, Santacruz (E.), Mumbai-400098, before the link's closing date.

20.                   No authentication from the college is required for the acknowledgment.

21.                   Please avoid filling out the application on mobile phones to ensure proper submission.
