REVALUATION AND PHOTOCOPY&GRIEVANCE APPLICATION FORM SUBMISSION OF MAY-2026 EXAM
Branches:- C-Scheme/R-19 (1) CSE-AIML (2) COMPUTER (3) Mechanical & (4) Information Technology
Semesters: - 3, 4, 5, 6 and (H&M sem-5, 6, 7 &8)
All the students of above branches are hereby requested to submit revaluation and photocopy application form through offline process only.
Procedure to be followed for form filling the form and submission.
Step 1: - Download & print the blank copy of form from student’s corner drive section-A-17 folder. (https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1onvdg4C7aAcwZ_gyaw2r-1wNr8n5jW3I?usp=sharing)
Step 2: - Fill the form, attach QPs(optional), all previous semester mark sheets xerox/latest result gazette copy of May-2026 exam and caste certificate and validity if applicable.
Step 3: - Go to the exam section with the completed application form as per the dates given below.
Step 4: - Pay the fees (mentioned on form) through an online process using your mobile by scanning the QR code at the exam section. Please ensure that you are able to do the payment using your mobile phone.

After successful payment, submit the hardcopy copy in the exam section.
Also, students who wish to apply for grievance redressal must submit the grievance application form on the next working day after receiving the photocopy of their answer book.
