NOTICE FOR PHOTOCOPY & REVALUATION – (For Offline Process)

(Photocopy and Revaluation Application Submission –                                                                            Off line Process only for Drawing Related Subjects)

All students who appeared for the FH‑2025 examinations in the following drawing‑related subjects are hereby informed to submit offline applications for photocopy and/or revaluation at the Examination Section within 5 working days from the date of declaration of the respective semester/subject result:

🔔 Important Details:

  1. Application Period: Within 5 working days from the official result announcement date.
  2. Form Availability: Obtain the Revaluation & Photocopy Application Form from the Examination Section.
  3. Required Documents:
  • Completed application form
  • Question paper
  • Hall Ticket xerox
  • Self-attested photocopy of mark sheet/Gazette Copy
  • Caste certificate and caste validity (for reserved category), if applicable
Fee Payment:
  • Fees must be paid as specified by the college via online/Gpay at exam section.
  • Exact fee amounts
  1. For General Category -> (Form fees-Rs.10; Revaluation-Rs.250/-; Photocopy-Rs.50/-).
  2. For Reserved Category -> (Form fees-Rs.10; Revaluation-Rs.125/-; Photocopy-Rs.25/-).
Submission Procedure: Submit the completed form with all attachments and payment receipt at the Examination Section before the deadline. Non‑Refundable Fees: All payments are strictly non‑refundable.
