EXAM FORM SUBMISSION NOTICE FOR DROUGHT AFFECTED STUDENTS
Subject: Submission of Documents by Students from Drought-Affected Talukas for Examination Fee Exemption – Winter 2026(SH-2026 Exam) (AY 2026–27)
All students are hereby informed that, as per the University of Mumbai circular (copy attached) regarding examination fee exemption for students from drought-affected talukas, eligible students belonging to peasant/farming families residing in talukas declared drought-affected by the Government of Maharashtra are required to submit the necessary supporting documents for verification of their eligibility.
Students are advised to refer to the list of drought-affected talukas provided in the attached University circular and verify whether their taluka is included.
Eligible students must submit self-attested copies of the following documents to the College Examination Section:
- Domicile Certificate of the student.
- 7/12 Extract (Satbara Utara) showing the student's parent as the landowner.
- Farmer ID of the student's parent/farmer.
- Aadhaar Card of the student.
- Income Certificate/Form 16 of the students father.
Students are instructed to ensure that all documents are valid, legible, and submitted together for verification.
Important Instructions:
- This facility is applicable only to students who fulfil the eligibility conditions specified in the University circular and the relevant Government instructions.
- Submission of documents does not automatically guarantee exemption from examination fees. The claim will be considered after verification of eligibility and supporting documents.
- Students who meet the above criteria should contact the College Examination Section and submit the required documents on or before Wednesday, 21-10-2026 to exam section staff Mr. R. N. Patil/Miss Ashwini Tukrul.
- The attached University circular must be referred to for details regarding the applicable conditions and the list of eligible talukas.
All eligible students are advised to take note of this notice and complete the document submission process accordingly on or before Wednesday, 21-10-2026. After due date any requested will not be entertained.
