The Sensor & IoT Lab course provides hands-on experience in interfacing various sensors with microcontroller platforms and developing real-time IoT-based applications. Students explore fundamental concepts of sensing technologies, data acquisition, and wireless communication using platforms such as Arduino and NodeMCU.

The course emphasizes practical implementation, where students work with sensors like temperature, humidity, ultrasonic, and motion sensors to collect and process data. Further, they learn to transmit this data to cloud or local servers for monitoring and control.

By the end of the course, students will be able to design and develop smart systems that integrate sensors, microcontrollers, and IoT technologies for real-world applications such as automation, environmental monitoring, and smart devices.
